Team Members

Reginald Winssinger began his career in real estate as a partner of DTZ Winssinger, a respected real estate firm in Brussels, Belgium. Mr. Winssinger received his Bachelor’s Degree from UC Berkeley and Masters in Appraisal and Survey in Belgium. He then came to the United States in 1979 to represent European investors in their acquisitions of U.S. real estate.

While Mr. Winssinger retired from executive duties at RWP in 2011, he remained an advisor in some capacity until his full retirement from the Company in July 2017.  Currently, he serves as the Honorary Consul of Belgium in Arizona, and is a member of the Board at privately held company, Dynamic Water.

Frederic Winssinger graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Mathematics from Claremont McKenna College, upon which he spent three years as a corporate consultant at the Boston Consulting Group. He subsequently earned his Master’s Degree in Business Administration from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Upon graduation, he worked as an Equity Analyst and Portfolio Manager at JP Morgan Asset Management in London as well at other private hedge fund and wealth management companies. He joined RW Partners in 2006. Mr. Winssinger oversees strategic capital allocation, deal capital structure and valuation as well as capital raising. In addition, Mr. Winssinger manages his family assets through a diversified asset allocation model in public and private markets.

Mr. Winssinger serves on the board of USANA Health Sciences Inc. (NYSE-USNA) and privately held Outlier LLC, an investment holding company with controlling interests in companies currently focused in health care, real estate brokerage, family entertainment and aerospace.

Earning his Bachelor’s Degree from Chapman University, Orange County, California, as a Cheverton Award nominee for top graduating student, Geoffrey Winssinger next earned his Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, graduating Beta Gamma Sigma. He began his career working in the “non-profit world” first in Paleontology at the Museum of the Rockies in Bozeman, MT, and then Media on “Dialogue with Jim Doti”, a local Orange County show on PBS. As he expanded his horizons, Mr. Winssinger came to be interested in real estate.

As a member of the RW Partners team, Mr. Winssinger serves a back office role. He analyzes investment opportunities, interacts with investors (creating quarterly reports and portfolio valuations), and assists the accounting department.

A native of Japan, Yumi Zeviar moved to Arizona in 1994. Yumi has managed and owned businesses in both Japan in the United States, totaling over twenty-five years of experience. She has an extensive background across multiple industries, working in banking, education, food service, semi-conductor and engineering companies.

Being of Japanese descent, Yumi brings a broad view of the world and different experiences to the RW Partners team. She dedicatedly assists her fellow co-workers, customers/clients and executives. Her vigorous work ethic and motto are derived from the Japanese Hospitality Philosophy, "OMOTENASHI", which means "Treat others as you would like to be treated."

Audrey Macnair moved from Scotland to Arizona in 2000.  She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Strathclyde University in Scotland and is a member of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants.

Audrey joined RW Partners in 2005 and is involved in all aspects of the accounting function.

Rebecca Angle relocated to the United States from Heidelberg, Germany in 1998 and to Arizona in 2005.  Her career in managing and leasing commercial real estate began in 2007, gaining years of experience overseeing approximately 1 to 2 million square feet of retail, office, industrial, associations and/or medical assets throughout the southwest region. Prior to joining RW Partners in 2019 she was the General Manager of a 2MM+ square foot regional indoor shopping mall in Phoenix. She is an active member of the Arizona Chapter of NAIOP as well as past memberships in BOMA Phoenix and IREM Phoenix, chairing on multiple committees in these organizations.

Shelby Novitch is a Colorado native who has spent the last twenty years in Arizona. She has over six years of administrative experience, including two in commercial real estate. Her most recent positions were providing administrative support at NAI Horizon and Discount Tire’s Corporate Headquarters.

As RW Partner’s Investment Coordinator, Shelby is responsible for assisting in the organization and logistic strategy for new investments, as well as supporting the management of existing assets.
