Located in Lake Havasu, Arizona, the resort hotel has 120 hotel rooms, 60 condo/hotel rooms, a restaurant and an adjacent golf course. The resort is strategically well located on the lake with a private beach and boat launching ramp for guests. The original site was built in 1962, but was rehabbed both in 1982, 2002 and 2013. The property is 148.5 acres.
